Horrible experience, I booked an appointment and they asked me to wait 20-30 minutes because they took a walk in for the same time as my appointment. Hairdresser made multiple comments about my hair being oily and then they asked me if I was going to tip. Very uncomfortable experience and definitely not going back.
she completely changed my summer hair colour, I didn’t asked or know about, I only asked for root care, a tone. Not to get rid of the colour, terrible!!
DON’T PICK STEPHANIE, she’s the worst. Charges 30$ more than what was shown on website. She quarrels with other hairstylists. Doesn’t start your appointment on allotted time. Very passive aggressive & defensive. No proper aprons in the store as well! She’s very mean and doesn’t do styling according to your preference, she does whatever itty bitty of knowledge she knows. Laughs before you but yells talking bout you as if you can’t understand her language. If u pick her on a bad day then RIP
I had an amazing experience with Elly at this hair salon! She did an incredible job with my hair colour – it turned out exactly how I envisioned it. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Elly was not only professional and skilled, but also super nice and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. She really listened to what I wanted and delivered it perfectly. Highly recommend her if you're looking for beautiful colour and top-notch service!
I was not going to bother giving a rating but people should know what poor service this place gives. I booked a time for my daughter to get an up do for a wedding. The hair dresser that was assigned to us had an attitude and was aggressive. While doing my daughter hair she had to google how to do the hair style. So once we went to the wedding, 2 hrs later after leaving the hair dresser, my daughter hair style was falling apart.
