Hozan did an amazing job with my hair cut and colour
The workers here are nice, but waxing service is poor. I’ve been waxing consistently for a long time and switched to this provider recently. After multiple waxing sessions I experienced significantly more ingrown hairs and irritation than I ever have before, including folliculitis . This hasn’t been my normal experience with waxing elsewhere, so I won’t be returning. Those with sensitive skin or prone to ingrowns may want to be cautious.
I’ve been to many highly rated and very expensive hair salons downtown, but no one has ever done a balayage like Ely. She is a true colorist and an artist. Both times I visited, she immediately understood what I was looking for and how to adapt it to my hair type. The balayage was so well done that I continued receiving compliments even five months after my first appointment.
