Stopped in at Berardi’s due to a part that was under warranty. Kyle and his team quickly addressed the issue and provided the part that was under warranty. Clear instructions were provided on how to install the new part. Very friendly and knowledgeable!
Every time berardi brothers come to my home , we are greeted nicely and work is performed efficiently and professionally. The staff is amazing. Great job folks
I am extremely upset at the way the owner does business. To be honest the plumber that did the work at our home was excellant. He was efficient and very polite. The problem was the owner overcharging me for something that was his fault. The plumber needed an extra part. I agreed to go and pick it up while he was working on changing the kitchen tap. The owner agreed to bring it over and then did not show up. The plumber had to go and get the part himself and i was charged for that time. I spoke to the owner and said that isn'... read more
