Berardi's is always my first choice. I have used them for both residential and commercial projects and they always deliver, with fast, professional service. Michelle at reception is very responsive and helpful. I have always felt comfortable with everyone who has worked in my home, and they are all courteous and respectful.
What an amazing help Berardi Bros was to me in my time of need! Wonderful customer service and I wasn't even a customer yet! I needed parts and advice for our older tub faucet after a minor flood... Kyle helped immensely!! I offered to pay but he wouldn't take any money for it! Thanks again and I will definitely be back when we are ready for a complete renovation!
Worst plumbing company. Agreed on an hourly rate of $130, but then overcharged to cover tools cost. You guys are not getting any work from me for sure.
A complete poly -B home plumbing replacement , WITH finished popcorn ceilings in the basement.and three bathrooms These guys busted there buts not to damage the popcorn ceiling ( very hard to repair invisibly ). They never gave up and did an outstanding job. Unfailingly polite, always willing to explain what they were doing, always conscious to minimize drywall damage.
