She was empathetic to what I was dealing with, and wanted to really help me get solutions. Made me feel heard and respected.
First time I’ve seen this doctor. She was very thorough and explained everything. She answered any questions I had. Her personable manner was very welcoming and allowed me to be comfortable. Highly appreciated and recommended!
Dr Kristen is not my normal doctor at Ponderosa Family Physicians but saw me on my doctor's day off. She took her time and listened to my symptoms and did not rush through to diagnosis. I really appreciated her care and concern to get it right!
Kristin is a caring doctor who takes time to listen the her patients. She does not make you feel rushed when she is with you in the exam room.
