Dr. Benzick has been great for our family. Extremely responsive, great with the girls. Calming influence. Would highly recommend.
Dr. Benzick is 100% our angel on this Earth. In 2008, my son went to him with some “symptoms@ that we could not explain. In less than 30 minutes, we were on our way to Cook’s Children's in FW. There, they discovered he had already suffered a minor stroke and had an u ruptured brain aneurysm. We were CareFlighted to Children’s in Dallas and stayed for 11 days after brain surgery. Stay far away from Arthur Benzick. He was so combative, demeaning, and unprofessional. He made me feel so utterly uncomfortable that I left my hospital stay early. I would NEVER trust him with my child. Baylor should be ashamed to be in network with this disturbing pediatrician.
I've been seeing Dr Benzick for over ten years. He is a phenomenal doctor. Very sensitive to our needs. Respectful and attentive. Very sharp guy. His nurses have changed over the years and I am not impressed with his current nurse staff. They don't seem very polished or experienced. I miss his old staff.
Waited on hold 10 mins to make an appointment to then wait in waiting room for approximately 55 mins for ultimately a 5 min visit for my kids' flu shots. There is a sign on the wall to please notify staff if you have been waiting more than 15 minutes. Why even put something like that on the wall?
