Noodles were over cooked and mushy, shrimp were chewy and well done, cake had sour frozen berries which wasn’t depicted in pictures as they looked frozen. Bread served was of the ends of the loaf as you can see in picture.
This pizza arrived on time, it was still nice and hot, the delivery driver was very nice, and it tasted great. We got a 16 inch 4 cheese + pepperoni. It was a little expensive for just one pizza but it was good I'm willing to pay more for a good experience. Well done.
HORRID SERVICE. HORRID FOOD. As you can see by the photo attached, Benvenuto's Italian Grill does not care what they serve. Literally. Ask the staff. They will flat out admit it. They don't care. I was told "They don't pay me enough to care." I will not return. EVER! I've contacted corporate to no avail. I'm starting to see a pattern. It's over priced and over cooked. Look elsewhere. Maybe try to Beef Butter BBQ right there in the same plaza or even McDonald's, at least there you know what your getting and the staff is MUCH ... read more
To be honest, this is not my favorite restaurant but it is local and I had two gift cards. With that being said, the experience was better than expected 😁 our server, Chris, was amazing. He was very funny and friendly. And the food was really good! I had the special pizza which had pepperoni and banana peppers and it was amazing. My fiancee have the cheese ravioli and she enjoyed that as well. The food was ok at best. The chicken parm was delicious but the rest was barely warm from taking far to long to be delivered to our table. The service was by far the worst I have had in quite a long time. Took over 30 min to be served our beverages. And even longer to get our bill so we could leave. When we spoke to the manager, she was going to give us coupons to use at a later time, but she forgot and was not seen again.
