Office was dirty. I scheduled a full cleaning and checkup/exams. I was not told upon arrival there was no dentist in the office for the second half of my appointment. The hygienist was not very careful - even after I told him to be more gentle around the wire on my bottom teeth. When I was told there was no dentist for my checkup I was appalled.
