I never write negative reviews. I went into Bentway less than two years ago for a cleaning. Three or four appointments and $4K later I still did not have a cleaning done. Instead, they filed down my two bottom front teeth and put a cap on (or rebuilt) them because they each had a chip, and then they told me I needed to have a previous filling or maybe it was also a cap on a broken tooth redone. Took my daughter today; after mentioning that she has a hearing aid, they continued to talk too quietly for her to hear them properly and they would instead try to talk to me (this is not how your accommodate a disability). There was an overhead tv in the room which they left on an adult talk show instead of something kid appropriate. They also didn't give her a choice of fluoride flavour, giving her a flavour that had fer gagging for the next 30 minutes.
