Very friendly. Never had to wait too long past appointment time.
I have been waiting since yesterday to get a call back on my daughters samples. We called twice today and still nothing. Called the office now at 4:47 and they have already shut off the phone. I hope I will get a call tonight but i am thinking it is not likely Very unhappy right now
