Had the most tender brisket ive had in years and me and the wife both agree the food was great and the staff was on top of everything. Great place to eat cant wait to go back.

Update: I have eaten there a dozen times or so, and the food is still usually spot on. However, service is extremely inconsistent. Get the front of house in the same order as the back! Chef is still amazing and a great guy. Original review: Just ate at the opening of the new restaurant opening in the butcher and it was outstanding. Best bbq nachos I've ever had. Ingredients are layered and delicious, was enough for 2 people to eat for lunch!
