We have been going to Benton Pediatrics for years until we missed an appointment due to a family emergency. I apologized but still received a letter in the mail saying I will be fined if it happened again. I then received calls, text messages, emails and letter saying I needed to schedule my kids for a visit. I politely said I would call when I was ready to schedule because I wanted the appointments to be around the same time as my youngest daughter's GI appointment.
