We had a wonderful service experience from Benton Nissan of Oxford today. We bought a little blue Nissan Kicks from Jim Burke Nissan in Birmingham. The car has been in the shop 9 times. Jim Burke could never find anything wrong with it. We took it to Benton to have it looked at and the Service Manager, David Shirley went on a test drive with us today in it and he immediately picked up on the issues and noises we have been having and hearing with the car. Terry Gowens always does a great job helping me pick out the car I want to purchase. This makes the 4th car we have purchased from Benton Nissan / Terry Gowens. I keep coming back because Terry doesn't pressure me or talk down to me. He knows his cars, and answers all my questions. As long as Terry's selling cars for Benton, I'll be back. :-)
I recieved great service from Jordan my sales rep, The finance manager And the sales manager ...I am disapointed with the detail shop The inside of the car wasn't cleaned or vacumed and the floorboard remained wet for 2days where they washed the outside and got into the car with wet feet on the drivers side I heard Jordan ask the manager there for certain things I requested and they weren't done. Pretty sure they didn't treat the inside of my car with stain protection like we agreed upon since the other stuff wasn't done ..H... read more
When someone comes in with financing already and tells the salesman what they are looking to spend dont be pushy and ask them to apply for more credit. We will not be going back to Benton Nissan.
