Absolutely the worst doctor that I have ever been to! Poor bedside manner. He continued to prescribe meds that did nothing but make me sleepy. The only test that was conducted was a $20K expense for an in home test administered by his brother. I strongly recommend that you not walk. but run from this guy!

Not likely. Even though I have been satisfied with Dr. Al-Khatib, I cannot recommend him because of his office staff. My phone calls are never returned. I need to have a prescription refilled and no one will help me by returning my calls. So, I will not be returning to Dr. Al-Khatib. It is a shame he is not represented better.

Dr. Al-Khatib is absolutely phenomenal; I struggled for almost a year to get anyone to listen to me when I said that something was wrong, and the first time I went into Dr. Al-Khatib's office he sat down and listened to all of my symptoms and gave me lots of options for what we could do. He didn't focus on just one issue, he addressed all of the issues I brought to the table. I am so happy I decided to go here, I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

Excellent doctor. He listens carefully and answers all questions and concerns. He does not rush in to meds without thoroughly studying how it will impact the patient. Is honest and direct and very compassionate. He changed and saved my life.

Dr Al-Khatib is friendly, and helpful. He immediately did several diagnostic tests to see if he could find the problem. His staff is friendly and refill my medication timely as well as answer any questions easily when I call with a question. I have been pleased with his office and his personal bedside manner.

After initial consult I explained that I was disabled and not able to pay unless fully covered by my insurance, Blue Cross & Medicare. Received call few days later with confirmation that it would covered without any out of pocket expense. Agreed to procedure, but 10 months later in received a bill for $1500. Found out later they never billed Medicare, and won't. So, they blatantly lied to my wife and myself. WARNING- Avoid this deceitful and dishonest facility, or face the con$squence$! AVOID!!

My experience with him was not the greatest. After several visits over a couple of years I left and went to another provider. Seemed more interested in giving out medications than finding the problem. It may have been a personality clash in my experience, but I was not happy.

My experience with Dr. Al-Khatib has been impressive. His respect for the individual, service to the Customer, and strive to improve over-all Health has been admirable. I enjoy his manner and appreciate his experience. Dr. Al-Khatib changed his front desk staff. It has been a welcome change and pleased to see the improvements. I believe the front end process is critical for first impression and to maintain an approachable/pleasing Customer experience. Thank you. ReJeana Miller

Dr. Al-Khatib and staff are the best! I was referred to him by Dr. Vold on an emergency basis. He was able to get me in the very next morning and he and his staff also got right on the phone to schedule immediate tests at the hospital. It didn't stop there. After the MRI was completed at the hospital, less than 10 minutes later her called me and told me the results. Although there was a mishap at the hospital and one of the tests were not completed, the dr ensured this was taken care of.
