From the moment I arrived through the front door, I was aware that I was in a good place. From the receptionist to the woman who brought me to the room and had a friendly chat with, to my meeting with Dr. Jurgens (who is quite possibly the kindest most polite Doctor I have ever met!) to the filling of my prescription…. It was a very easy and laid back experience that you do not get in most medical places. Everything was top tier and that’s very rare! Great experience, will definitely be going back as needed!
I don’t have a family doctor here and I still manage to get in to see a doctor very efficiently. The staff are kind and competent. Love it here I’m very thankful to have this clinic nearby!
The wait times are crazy
I visited here yesterday evening after hours service and I got stitches before 3 days in my hand and from hospital they told me to do follow-up for dressing so it will be getting better soon...but yesterday when I went here and waited for 2 hours for dressing but they don't do and said it's no need to do. As from the hospital if they said it's needed after 3 days but here they just take out my old bandage and just see and put the same one on it ...which is really bad because if it's getting worst because of bacteria or somet... read more
The clinic is always spotless, and the staff is kind. But something happened last year that hurt so much I decided never to go back, even though having a family doctor is so important. My household is blended, and we needed a simple letter from our family doctor for the passport office—just something to confirm that two of the kids lived with a particular parent.
