Negligent, Dismissive, and Potentially Dangerous. After waiting over 20 minutes in the examination room, a doctor (who I believe was Dr. Noebert, though he never bothered to introduce himself) burst in and aggressively tossed his items onto the counter. Great doctor, speaks both English and Arabic, very helpful for new emigrants
I called yesterday to find out when my mom can see the doctor for her results. Every time we go there, they say he’s not available, or when you call, they don't give you the correct information. The receptionists are very rude; I’ve never seen such rudeness anywhere in this country. I'm so fed up with this place.
The speakers that receptionists have are terrible, it's like you're in jail, can't hear them and you have to yell to be heard.
The services are somewhat good. However, the phone reception is unresponsive.
