Always the utmost in professionalism and friendliness. Also, they are always very prompt about being ready to treat you at your appointed time. No having to cool your heels in the waiting room while the staff finds the time to get you in the chair. Those kind of medical offices see me only once.
The staff is friendly. You don't have to wait long and the checkout process is wonderful.
