Yesterday I visited Sugar Hill Dentistry for a cleaning. Not only was I greeted promptly and warmly by the staff, but while I waited to be called, I watched the care and concern which was exhibited toward a patient who was in pain and needed to have an appointment for a root canal as soon as possible. Renee, who manages the desk, made special effort to confirm the patient's insurance coverage and arranged for the doc who does the root canals to come into the office specifically to see this patient. I've been happily going to SHD for many years but my last few experiences have been particularly exceptional. I've had a few special circumstances to work around and the staff helped me efficiently and graciously. With other issues on my plate, it was quite a relief to have dental issues handled so easily.
Dana has cleaned my teeth for years and always does a great job! I look forward to seeing her again in six months.
Didn't know what to expect but never worried as the professionals at Sugar Hill Dentistry always take good care of me!!!!
If you have to go to the dentist,, and we all do, this is the place to go Friendly, efficient, kind and talented dentists, hygenists and office staff. I have been going here for over 20 years and have moved over 20 miles away and STILL make the trek.Love you guys.
Great Service
I was very impressed with the professionalism and level of service and care of the employees. The facility is really nice. I'm so happy that I switched from Great Expressions. I wish that I had made the switch years ago. My family will be switching to Sugar Hill Dentistry soon.
