Today I had a new hygienist clean my teeth and we were in a tiny room with instruments set up for a "left handed" person and she was right handed. This required her to reach across me and pull the equipment across my head and face. Many times my hair was pulled and trapped between her body and the chair. She was very nice and helpful but the cleaning experience was not pleasant. I have been coming for years and have had multiple procedures done. Darcy did my cleaning. She is wonderful,very kind and respectful. She was also soft and light touch on cleaning! I wish she doesn't just sub! Hire her please!
As usual, the visit today was really good. Even though I had to get another crown... Dr. Carter is very caring, patient, and gentle whenever doing my dental work. I really appreciate the way he and his assistant work together to do their job while making sure I am comfortable. Also I love Donna and the ladies in the front, as well as the really sweet lady that does my 6 months cleanings. (Sorry I forgot her name) Anyway, thanks again Donna for holding my hand...

I like this practice and I do NOT like dental procedures at all, BUT, everyone is extremely nice, gentle, make sure that I am alright with how things are going and before I know it, all is done and I am leaving smiling. Everyone from the front office to the back chair was professional, personable, warm, kind, and knowledgeable. I happily recommend this office to family and friends.
I lost a crown over the weekend and this great team rose to the occasion, as they always do. They are always calming and re-assuring. Dr.Carter also has a calming demeanor. For someone that has "white coat fear" They are great I certainly recommend they great team.
