This is an awesome community with a wonderful group of caring and dedicated staff.
They almost killed my Grandmother by giving her the wrong meds and not giving her meds she needed. Very rude to my whole family. Thank God she and us dont have to be abused by them. Please if you choses this place for your loved one you check on them dayly. PS they lost 3 residents in 2 months of each other! Very sad.
Excellent staff, within a family oriented environment. Extremely pleased with the level of care that my mother is receiving. Absolutely no complaints, only complements!
My Mom has been at the Benton House in Blue Springs since April of this year. She has thrived under their care. They keep her engaged in activities to stimulate her mind, body and soul. The staff is incredible and I'm grateful for their attentiveness to her day in and day out. I never have to worry about my Mother because of the fantastic care that is given to her on a daily basis. Thank you, Benton House for all you do to keep my Mother sage and happy.
