My Dad has been a resident in the memory care unit at Benton House for a year and a half. I have been very pleased with the staff, leadership, and especially the food. My Dad has gained weight there �, always wants second helpings. The staff works very hard trying to keep residents active, clean, and happy. It's not an easy job, but they really care. A big shout out to the staff�
I have been extremely pleased with the care my Grandmother has received as a resident of The Benton House for the last 16 months. The staff is very pleasant to her and accommodating of her needs. The Director is regularly available to discuss any questions or concerns I have. I have referred friends to the facility and they have been very pleased as well. The quality of care and compassion they provide, I can not imagine my Grandmother being in any better hands.
Benton House has been fabulous in their care, concern, commitment and communication to my mom. As a family member living far away it takes stress down to low level to know they will call me if needed and better yet they respond to my calls at all hours and any days! As a RN for over 40 years I can rank them a 5 with confidence....even a 10 if that was an option. Keep up the great service and know you are appreciated! Deby Arruda
DISAPPOINTED. We tried for 2 years waiting for an acceptable level of professionalism and we finally had to leave for my mothers sake. The administration does not communicate properly or professionally , we experienced theft problems and other issues that go unresolved and ignored . WARNING to families - stay involved and know your rights. We are so glad to close this chapter and move on.
I just started working here as one of the chefs, I love the atmosphere and everyone I work with, I have passion for helping others all the Tenants here are incredible and look forward to great meals, I moved to Florida a year ago from Boston and wanted to work somewhere were your work is valued, the Benton House is the perfect place for me.
