Called several times and each time they tell me to call back finely I got someone and they said that they will let the doctor know. three days later and they finally told the doctor. My ear is swollen and I need medication. Ugh it really pisses me off that this is how they handle customers. I’ll just go to the Cleveland office there office isn’t nearly as nice but the employees or much nicer and more professional.
I really like this place been going for a long time but getting refills is a pain.. I don't understand why its so difficult to get a simple refill.

I went there in a panic because I was having an allergic reaction to fire ant bites. The staff didn't hesitate to take action right away, giving me oxygen and two shots. They kept a close eye on me until my symptoms were little to none. I am very thankful I live that close to such a great group of ppl.
