I really like this place they are all nice and it's always in and out
Who tells a child getting their blood drawn for the first time that if they move the needle will snap off? NP - blowing off a child's concerns isn't right either, especially when said child knows you are full of it. I'm disappointed in the whole visit as well as the ethics I saw displayed today. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
