Dropped my Dad off for his routine check up for his C.O.P.D. treatment and was called and told by the staff I need to come get him that he was told by the receptionist he had to wait out side. When I arrived it was 38 degrees outside and it was raining. They have treated him for several years knowing he has C.O.P.D. and has shortness of breath. If you have a elderly family member please watch these people closely I've had several issues with their behavior towards my father in the past and it's unfortunate we

When I made the appointment I told them I needed blood work for my thyroid and I have a runny nose i needed to get meds for before it turns into a bad cold because I am on medication that suppresses my immune system. I had to get a ride to the office and they dropped me off. I walked in with my mask on and they told me I had to go outside because I had symptoms of covid. I said no I have a runny nose. No fever. They sent me out into the cold to sit for over 30 minutes. There was not one patient in the waiting room. They coul... read more
