Dropped my Dad off for his routine check up for his C.O.P.D. treatment and was called and told by the staff I need to come get him that he was told by the receptionist he had to wait out side. When I arrived it was 38 degrees outside and it was raining. They have treated him for several years knowing he has C.O.P.D. and has shortness of breath. If you have a elderly family member please watch these people closely I've had several issues with their behavior towards my father in the past and it's unfortunate we
When I made the appointment I told them I needed blood work for my thyroid and I have a runny nose i needed to get meds for before it turns into a bad cold because I am on medication that suppresses my immune system. I had to get a ride to the office and they dropped me off. I walked in with my mask on and they told me I had to go outside because I had symptoms of covid. I said no I have a runny nose. No fever. Called several times and each time they tell me to call back finely I got someone and they said that they will let the doctor know. three days later and they finally told the doctor. My ear is swollen and I need medication. Ugh it really pisses me off that this is how they handle customers. I’ll just go to the Cleveland office there office isn’t nearly as nice but the employees or much nicer and more professional.
I really like this place been going for a long time but getting refills is a pain.. I don't understand why its so difficult to get a simple refill.

I went there in a panic because I was having an allergic reaction to fire ant bites. The staff didn't hesitate to take action right away, giving me oxygen and two shots. They kept a close eye on me until my symptoms were little to none. I am very thankful I live that close to such a great group of ppl.
I love going there people are nice and real professional
I've been going to Benton Family Health for 7 or 8 years, all the staff are courteous and friendly, and the doctors actually listen and understand their patients..
