First dealings with them earlier this week. Quick response to email, best customer service I've received from any small shop. This is the go to shop in NWA. Go see them, you won't be disappointed.
Excellent. Just bought my Smith and Wesson M&P Shield 9mm. It was my first gun and the men working there were extremely helpful. Got the best deal around (I did a lot of research!) hands down. They even took paid my tax for their end of the year deal. Would highly recommend you make the trip. THey're awesome.
If you want professional honest service this is the shop you go to. I will never go to a different shop for a gun smith as long as I'm in NWA

Best place to shop for gun stuff. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They didn't have a Ar 15 300 blackout but had a nice 223. Mark took the upper and changed barrel over night and now I have a super nice 300 blackout. I was blown away by the service Benton County Gun Works provides. Till a week ago I didn't know the shop was in Rogers but it will be the only shop I go to from now on.
Mark and staff were great. Fantastic assortment and willing to assist at every turn. If you're looking for a new firearm, shop here first. Full assortment and if you don't find it there, they can get it for you. Don't stand around waiting to be helped (like some other large outdoor retailer), the friendly staff immediately acknowledges that your in the store and makes you feel like a priority. I just purchased a firearm from them for the first time, and rest assured it will not be my last. Highly recommended!!!! #kimber
