If I could give zero stars I would. Carol Rouleau the "compliance" department apparently cannot interpret a simple order correctly. I simply want my child seen during my time (91%) and I am being denied as their mother. My attorneys office has sent multiple attempts to correct this. She just doesn't want to admit that she made a mistake. They don't have any correct information even on my child, from allergies to back history. My ex knows nothing of that stuff.
