I was surprised to find this quaint Bento spot in Chattanooga, but wow was it delicious!! I was hungry, real hungry, but I wanted something fresh. This gem delivered in spades! The staff greeted me right away and were very friendly. The menu has lots of good options, including several delicious Japanese fruit drinks! Wonderful highly recommended. The presentation and flavor of the food is great for a little place like this if you haven’t been you gotta go.

The nigiri is very fresh and high quality, and the ramen is a proper authentic Tonkatsu with a rich broth and all additions. I like my egg yolk a tad runnier, but otherwise, a very nice bowl. With making everything fresh, I imagine wait times can vary, but the prices are fair and the food is good. Great local spot and the owner/staff a ver... read more
