As our dual agent, Jill Mandragouras did an excellent job as our sellers' agent. Jill did not do a good job as our buyers' agent. Jill did not find a quiet neighborhood that we emphasized was of great importance. She suggested a house in the middle of an extremely busy school district. She did not disclose this to us.
