Management issues combined with no morals
I highly recommend Russ Bennett if you're looking to purchase a Bentley. I stopped by the dealership, and he was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to educate me about the different models, answered all of my questions, and helped me find the right vehicle for my needs. The entire experience was professional, informative, and enjoyable.

Bought 2 Rolls Royces and a Bentley Azure and have had the WORST Service Experience EVER!!!! In and out of the service department and it seems no one can help us with our vehicle and why we keep having all these issues with it !SAD !! Every time we call all bring it in it’s NEVER fixed !! You would think if you spend this kind of money that SOMEONE would reach out and call on the status of our car , still the engine light is on called AGAIN and no one could help !
