Absolutely unacceptable work in every way. Signed contract in early November, they promised completion by the end of December, finally ended the job in March. They failed to show up more than 14 times without any communication or explanation. We went for months without a kitchen sink.The granite was cut wrong -- too shallow to overhang the cabinet drawers -- they finally "fixed" it by moving the stone forward and creating a backsplash. If I could give a zero rating I would. These people give you one price and then continue to ask for more money while all the time NOT delivering on their contract! A 6 week project took 6 MONTHS!!!!!! Items included in the contract AND PREPAID FOR were NOT delivered and we had to buy sinks, kitchen cabinets, molding, etc. and even HIRE OUR OWN INSTALLER just to complete the job!! They STILL OWE US close to $1000!!! Granite yards won't deal with them because they don't pay their bills apparently and require them to order COD ... read more
Buyer be ware...these people are fake. Don't fall for Javier's promises. Their promises are a trap. We paid by check for kitchen cabinets and granite, so we had no recourse for credit for many items promised but not delivered; no granite, no crown molding, no kick molding, no soft close, missing cabinets, and wrong cabinet sizes. The worst customer service ever. Taking them to court soon.
They came out and gave me an estimate. Went to their location in Colmar to order and they required cash or check only.. They refused to accept a credit card even though they had credit card logos on their front door. No way am I giving them a check. Went elsewhere for my granite.
They came right out to measure, but took 36 days to finish. They gave me 6 different install dates, and I spent countless hours waiting for them, often never even getting a phone call that they were not coming. When they finally did show up there were missing pieces and the stove wouldn't fit. Edge work is all done by hand and not polished like I am accustomed too. Poor communication and horribly slow.
