As our dual agent, Jill Mandragouras did an excellent job as our sellers' agent. Jill did not do a good job as our buyers' agent. Jill did not find a quiet neighborhood that we emphasized was of great importance. She suggested a house in the middle of an extremely busy school district. She did not disclose this to us. We were told how quiet the neighborhood was, with the exception of occasional baseball games. The extreme noise levels were not disclosed. Teach your agents that one of THE most important things about being a professional is how you appear, physically, and on social media. I’m sure future clients wouldn’t appreciate degrading women on social media with their professional info in their bio.
