UPDATE** Had a part of our install fail after about 6 months. I reached out to Bentley Plumbing and Heating to inquire about getting the part repaired or replaced. They informed me that they would come out and replace the part under warranty, but at a rate of 95.00 an HOUR, with an estimated 2 maybe 3 hours of work. Total bill 200.00+?!! Gary was reccomended by a contractor buddy of ours. The current reviews are right on. Have spoken with and met with Gary twice now. Once at our home & once at our church building; Gary knows his business & gave me sound advice. Somebof his advice cost him a few thousand dollars of income, but we did not need what I was asking of him. We will continue to use Gary as long as he remains in business. His installers/repair guys are welcome in our home anytime. Excellent character.

We have used Bentley plumbing on all of our new built custom homes. His crew is always on time if not early. Very professional and does the job right. 10/10 would recommend.
