RecommendedI just took my car in for service and had an outstanding experience with Service Advisor Rick West. I had rubbed some floor tile samples against my fender and had some white powdery stuff On it that I couldn’t get off. I asked his advice on what I should do and he said he’d take a look at it. When I picked up my car - it was all taken care of! Thanks so much Rick for taking care of that - and the actual car service !!!! See you in 10,000 miles.
I love the Newport Beach location and most of all, Alexander! I come here for all my service check ups and repairs and Alexander gets me in so quickly and usually out the same day or next day - which I never mind because I enjoy the courtesy vehicles they provide. I highly recommend the sales and service department.
