Service Advisor Riccardo Forleo turned a routine end-of-warranty check on my 2022 Flying Spur into a master class in care. A tiny oil drip led him to a serious issue; he arranged a full engine replacement under warranty, kept me updated, and delivered the car flawless and factory-fresh. Outstanding expertise, communication, and follow-through. I’ll service only here, and buy my next Bentley from Riccardo and team.
High prices for Bentley repairs is expected. However, exhorbitant fees for diagnostics is unacceptable, particularly when the findings are inconclusive! More over, they don’t provide loaners. (Servicing Bentley’s takes days, often weeks, i EXPECT a loaner, a la O’Gara Coach Bentley, when traveling great distances for services that ALWAYS exceed $1,000!)
Very nice store. Spread out, good inventory in stock, friendly people.
