I visited Bentley Dallas excited to explore a few models. I sat in one car only because I opened the door myself — which is when the salesperson casually mentioned, “All our vehicle doors are locked.” And that was that. No offer to unlock anything. So apparently this place is a museum. Not a car dealership. My 300k vehicle had to be towed with an electrical issue. I went to this museum Wednesday at 4pm was there for over 20 minutes I didn’t see a single person. Until I was walking out then I told them i was going to buy a car cash and he said well everyone is busy i walked the show room 2 times not 1 employee had a customer or was there a customer there.
