This 2014 Silver Silverado 1500 truck that Bentley claims is unfixable has now been listed for sale AGAIN by Bentley with no disclaimer that they aren't able to fix the issue with the truck. They are a bunch of crooks I wouldn't take my anything over there over charged my wife because they seen a opportunity to take aadvantage of a female would never recommend them for anything ............
I have been to Bentley's Service Dept a few times for various reasons (oil change, recall on a part, etc) and I have always had an amazing experience. Devon Cox and Randy Gray are friendly, helpful and very professional. The work that I have had done was taken care of in a timely manner or if extra time was needed, I was given a loaner car. If possible, I will always take my vehicle to Bentley to have the maintenance/work done on it.
Outstanding communication with Devon Cox as it was a timely recovery. She was excellent. Thanks to all of the staff for their courtesy!
