Cecil Staggs in the service department is what makes it easy to get my 16 Silverado serviced on a busy day. He knows my job and is always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate my crazy schedule. I scheduled an oil change with him driving down the road (Bluetooth lol) and in seconds he had me all set up. That's what I call service. Great job Cecil and Bentley Chevrolet.
We bought our Traverse in September. I was nervous about the car buying experience because I hate the unknowns. Gabe Basinger set us down, went over everything and put us in a vehicle. We were torn between two dealers. The other dealer didn't let us take their vehicle home. Gabe let us take theirs home and do everyday activities in it.
