With some service departments, you dread having to take your vehicle in. With Bentley, thats not the case at all. My questions are never dismissed. I don’t feel Like I’m talking to a wall and my vehicle always gets what it needs and nothing is ever pushed on me. My service advisor, Hector Analista, is the BEST! I think Bentley is extremely fortunate to have him. He’s always so welcoming and talking to him is like talking to your best friend.
Hector Analista and Johnny Logan were so very helpful and nice, giving 100% perfect customer service. This is the first thing that always bring me back to Bently Cadillac!
Carl and everyone were so pleasant to work with as usual. They stayed late to get everything done.
