I bought my ‘23 Cadillac on Memorial Day.. this was the second time I’d had to return for a continued oil leak and an emissions recall. I was not happy. Scott Wallace listened to me, gave me his number to call if I had questions, and kept me up to date on the repair. I appreciate his honesty and concern to actually find the problem.

I took my car in on a Monday because a couple of things weren’t working correctly. When I put my car in reverse the screen showing the backup camera is completely dark. I was told they would need to keep it a couple of days. They kept it until Tuesday of the next week and basically told me there is nothing they can do to fix it. I also called many times requesting an update and could never speak to a person I had to leave a message on their voicemail which told me they would text me back.
