**Warning: Do not rent here!** The utilities are no longer included, and they've raised the prices. The new management is terrible. If you try to pick up a package from the office, you'll likely find it locked because the staff is either running late or the manager is preoccupied. On top of that, the buildings have poor insulation, which only adds to the discomfort. I strongly recommend against living here.

I lived here for 2 years with my 2 friends. Me and the Landlord got along well enough. It was very helpful having all utilities included and being in close proximity to campus. Maintenance was always on top of any issues. I would recommend.
