RecommendedWas a very smooth transition. Stopped into the office a few days before move in date to see if I could start moving in a day earlier and Lynn was like absolutely. Nice and quiet and the maintenance man Rob has a quick response time to any issues. Only issue is the doorbell system. Makes it difficult when you order food and have to watch for delivery
My son found the apartment and came back so excited and drug me over right then to look at it. He really felt comfortable around Lynn. After meeting her I knew why. She was really helpful and made us feel at home. A week later we went back in and she remembered my grandson's name. Think about it not many would when you deal with as many people she deals with. Lynn is fantastic and I like the apartment and the almost country setting. We are looking forward to moving in.
We just went in to the office today just to look at a model unit and our application ended up getting approved and Lynn is fantastic! She reserved our unit for us while we were here so we knew exactly what we were getting. We get to move in next week and we’re completely shocked at how quick everything went. It has been amazing so far. We are really looking forward to moving in!
I've lived here for three years so far, and I can't complain. They take very good care of the property, the staff is friendly, the location can't be beat, and the apartments themselves are very comfortable. Would recommend highly.
It has bed bugs. Way over priced. The complex door was always held open so anyone could just walk in without having to buzz. I've had multiple things stolen from me from the laundry room. While my clothes were in the washer. I moved in only because they had the first space available. 729 for a 2 bedroom third floor apartment is way over priced. Especially with no special amenities such as your own washer and dryer. A park or play area for kids. Etc. I wouldn't recommend it.
I have lived in many apartments over the years and Bent Tree Apartments are by far one of the best that I have the privilege of living in now. The manager Lynn is one of the best she goes above and beyond to help a resident out when needed and checks up on them when they are sick. I would yell from the rooftops that this is the best place to live!
I lived here for a year and it was one of the best apartment complexes I have lived in. The management was incrediblly helpful and friendly and the maintenance guy on site responded in a prompt manner. The area itself was very quite and the apartments themselves we're really nice. I would recommend this place to all ofy friends.
My boyfriend and I moved into Bent Tree about 3 weeks ago. We love it here. Lynn who works in the office on site is absolutely wonderful. She made the transition so easy for us. The updates to the apartment make it modern and stylish! We love the new cabinets and appliances. The two bed room apartment is spacious and comfortable and the outside patio is such an added bonus. Lynn is so understanding when it comes to certain issues! With this being my first home on my own I'm glad I chose it. Rob is so smart and knowledgeable and so on time! Come on out and check it out!
