One of the only vets I've been to where my dog and I both feel completely comfortable. My labrador, Libbee, loves Dr. Koontz. I always feel as though ALL the staff truly care about my Libbee, and they're always willing to answer any questions I have...even when I just make a quick call to the office. Libbee got hurt while we were out of town in Austin and they recommended a vet visit. Just brought our young kitten in here for a couple tests and medicine. The service was very quick. I have to say that all of the staff is awesome and very friendly and knowledgable. My vet bill was a very reasonable cost as well. This will definitely be our veterinarian for both our cat and dog for the future. Thank you everyone at bent tree animal hospital for making our first visit outstanding.
The staff was very nice over the phone and in person. The Dr. took her time with us and never rushed through anything. She asked a lot of questions and really paid attention to our dogs needs. The price was also great for the awesome quality of service we received. Would highly recommend this vet to anyone in this area!!
A wonderful pet hospital! The staff are very kind and the vet was quite knowledgeable and took the time to explain his diagnosis. They helped me thru the loss of my pet Joel, and put me in contact with the folks out at Toothacres for cremation. They were a great help during a difficult time. Couldn't be more highly recommend!
They are always very helpful and friendly staff! I started with one my first dog about 10 years age and eventhough I moved I still go with my 3 pets there...
