UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS PRACTICES I applied for this apartment and was denied. On their application form it says the admin fee of $100 is refundable. They haven’t sent my refund. Apparently, they send a check through the mail, but I haven’t received anything. I even confirmed my current address in SC on August 30, 2024. No one has answered the phone nor my email. It’s quite strange. UPDATE: I NEVER received a response from the property but my bank resolved it and I got my money back that way.
This place is going down hill their isn’t anyone here in the office or someone to repair/replace things my apartment is in need of repairs trying to get ahold of someone is impossible

The property looks good here. There is also a new manager working hard, doing her best at making it an even better place to live. I would recommend living here. Great location too.
