This place is AMAZING! Beautifully decorated and so much attention to all the details. Randy was so accommodating and friendly- I felt right at home. Food was delicious-chef's kiss! My only regret was not booking a longer stay.
Randy the proprietor is an absolute delight! We stayed at Bent Creek for our quilt retreat. He helped us haul all of our sewing machines in, let us set them up in the great room near a roaring fireplace, helped us with dinner plans and served the most delightful breakfasts each morning! The rooms are each unique and more beautiful than the next. They were well supplied and very cozy and warm. We absolutely love the Bent Cree lodge. The room, service, food, and hospitality were above and beyond what was expected. Randy is friendly and personable, and a great chef too! Staying at the Bent creek lodge is now an anniversary tradition for us. Thanks Randy!
A fabulous visit was enjoyed by my husband and myself. Randy is the most amazing host owner/innkeeper. Beautifully decorated for Christmas,, roaring fire, and very welcoming environment. When planning your trip... do not even consider having lunch after the plentiful and excellent breakfast offered, We did manage to enjoy some of the top notch restaurants in town,,, So location was spot on,, Thank you and look forward to a return visit!
The BCL was perfect for a relaxing weekend away, close to tourist spots in Ashville, but still out in the woods where you could have a peaceful morning, sitting on the porch swing and enjoying the birds. Think "Hallmark Movie" lodge, and that is what you get. Randy, the on-site proprietor, was friendly and helpful with recommendations for where to go to eat and to see.
