Benson has met all of our needs perfectly! As of a month ago, there is a new manager and maintenance worker. Management has been very responsive and helpful which is especially helpful when we have been working through cancelling our lease early. The location is great if you work on the north end of SF, with a quick and easy drive to I-29 or 229. Since the area is mostly industrial, the area and road is very quiet with well-kept sidewalks to walk pets. Having an attached garage is so convenient, especially during the long wi... read more

Unit is nice. Management is very poorly managed. Parking is an absolute MESS. Only this past month have they been able to get maintenance people on site. They have you move out nearly a whole day before your lease is up and only up to the very last minute or all your belongings are left behind, no grace period whatsoever no matter if you paid rent.
