Had them send a contractor over without my consent or any notification. Contractor moved all belongings from enclosed deck and set them out on front lawn. When I spoke with Casey about the issue. She gave no apology or reassurance that she would speak with contractors and that this wouldn’t happen again. Only told me how the situation was inconvenient for her and neglected to acknowledge that I had a stranger come and rifle through my belongings under her management. Kindest and most personable Property Management Company in Alaska.
Had the privilege of speaking with Casey, and she has THE worst customer service! She is not nice and very rude. She doesn’t know how to deal with customers. Such a bad look for the company. If she doesn’t enjoy her job, perhaps she needs to find employment elsewhere!
