Review specific to "Doctor" Benson: brusque, rude, dismissive, unprofessional and lacking compassion.
Dr benson was my doctor for 6 years before I relocated out of state. He and his staff have been the most kindest people I have river dealt with. His steady concern for my health and well being is beyond reproach. Every concern and question was always answered with my health being the main concern. His knowledge and bedside manner is superb.
Kaitlyn is the woman I ended up having to see and I do not recommend going to see her. I am a person who has severe back pain with Migraines and see multiple doctors to try and find out what is causing this. Because I go to Beaumont and she didn't have access to my ER visits she did not help me and each time recommended I go see a specialist. She just left me in pain. Also, I was having muscle spasms one day and she was suppose to send in a med and never did. I ended up in the ER.
Always well informed on the latest treatments and keeps me informed. keeps up to date with my life to know any changes. I recommend him to friends.
