This firm is unprofessional and unorganized. I have been extremely patient with them but am exhausted after being misinformed and ignored by staff numerous times after payment. My case has taken three times as long as I was originally informed due to their negligence.
I would highly recommend Mr. Benson to anyone! He is very detailed and professional yet down to earth and he is not afraid to fight for you. I will forever be thankful for all that he has done for our family. He deserves way more than 5 stars!
Poor communication. Child custody case was an easy resolution at the beginning. Worked a few hours in total and when the case fell through the cracks and other side got a judgment he refused to return any retainer though lack of work and lack of communication were his responsibility.
