I had a recall on my Kia Sorento & was kind of confused as to the procedures to get it fixed . When I tell you the sales representative April is a blessing! She helped me from the beginning of my call to them as scheduling a time even after I took my kids to school up until I arrived there and was confused to where to park to go into . I recommend this Kia to everyone. The customer service is top tier and I was so blessed to have someone like April and Kia is also . 10/10!

Super experience for my first service maintenance on my Telluride. My service advisor l, April Gilliam, was very courteous and professional. Comfortable waiting area. After settling my bill, I was escorted to my. vehicle. I thought that was a nice touch.
What a poorly run business! Calls are not returned, neither are messages. The receptionist that directs calls gets it wrong often. Calls often go unanswered altogether Finance team did not return my calls about my loan (I’m a customer). Sales team provided me the wrong price and terms for a lease - literally the wrong car. Salesperson was not knowledgeable about the vehicle. Take your business elsewhere.
