Allen Griswold as Benson Carpets main contact provided me with above and beyond support when my three month old stair carpet began to come apart in a couple of spots and I brought it to his attention. Even though it appeared he got little support from the carpet manufacturer, he replaced the carpet and installation at no cost to me.
