Had a very good experience here buying a used Grand Cherokee L. We had prices several cars at other dealerships but when it came time to sign the papers they had every upcharge, surcharge, and fee imaginable attached in addition to the agreed price. Here at Benson, Eric gave me a price and that is what we paid. AMAZING! The guy doing the final paperwork did push the extended warranty thing quite heavily which I didn't appreciate so much but they did what they said they would do. I completed an out of state trade-in with this vendor in early 2025. I will not be returning to any Benson dealership in the future after my customer experience.
Great experience with Shane! His car experience and knowledge shown through when we came to see a Genesis GV80. He even printed out the car we were going to see at another dealership so we could compare features. Enjoyed getting to know him and felt very well taken care of. Trade in was easy. In/out in relatively short time with a recommendation on where to grab dinner. Would definitely go back and recommend them! And we love our new ride!
I’d give 5 stars because the purchase was great and I love my Jeep, however, I’m calling regarding my warranty information and I’ve called EIGHT times and left a voicemail every time with no call back. If someone calls me back, I’ll 100% change this review. I’m desperate at this point for someone to call me.
