Predatory landlord. Constant above guidelines rent increase applications for minor tacky aesthetic work. Massively overpriced laundry machines. Old rat infested building. Above market pricing. Don't move here. You can live in a nicer neighborhood or downtown for notably less.

I rented a two bedroom apartment Ms McFarland was the superintendent and she took pride in her job. Whilst she was the superintendent there was not cockroaches or rodents. She retired and the building was invested with bugs and rodents. I moved out of the building, I couldn't live like this. The mice were peeing on all my items in the closets! Yes, it was disgusting!!! This was 6 years ago......not sure how living conditions are now. Rental costs was reasonable and all inclusive, nice large suite.
it's a renovated building and the manager is a lovely person :)
