From adjustments to stretches and exercises to accomplish optimal health and comfort in my own skin/skeleton. Since Dr. Haley has joined the practice, I have also seen her. She has a different approach and offers a fresh approach from her training in body mechanics and personal training. I love Bensen Family Chiropractic!
