We were on our family vacation in Saint Augustine, FL this week and heard about Ben’s Soft Pretzels. I heard that their pretzels were big and delicious so my husband took me there. We went with his brother and wife and wow! The area were very busy and hopping! There were so many shops and things to see! We went on a Saturday afternoon so that’s why it was busy. Don’t miss the Secret Garden!! While they are famous for their delicious soft pretzels, pretzel dogs and stackable pretzel bites, this is home to one our our hidden gems here in St. Augustine. After you order you freshly prepared snacks walk through the shop to the beautiful shaded garden out back. Occasionally you can even catch some great live music here in the Secret Garden as well. Enjoy this little break from the hustle and bustle of St. George Street!
Stopped for a cold drink to get out of the sun. The garden tucked behind Ben's Soft Pretzels and Mimi's Famous Crepes is beautiful and peaceful. Still hot and humid, but at least a place to rest in the shade.
