Pretty good pretzels, especially when they’re fresh. The beer cheese is very good! The woman with the heart tattoo under her eye was very rude to me and my family, she doesn’t need to interact with customers. The man working with the woman was very nice and friendly. Service has declined over time.
Attentive staff and great pretzels! Was happy to learn no real butter used, so a plain pretzel, with "butter" was vegan!
I got a cinnamon and sugar pretzel, and it was so warm, fresh and delicious, and the customer service was absolutely phenomenal. The employee with red hair & septum ring was super sweet.
This pretzel place is the absolute best! Me and my girlfriend frequent often and the best part of the experience has to be the amazing customer service because Molly is the best pretzel employee of all time!! Ben’s is blessed to have such a wonderful employee! Go Molly!!
