The first tech spent more time talking about 'political issues' than troubleshooting my **** issue. Needless to say he didn't fix it. Later, a second tech 'thought' he knew what the issue was and proceeded to replace a part but charged us full price for a part that was under warranty and didn't bother to check. When we brought up that the part was under warranty the next day to Ben's ProServ they said it was too late to get reimbursed. I had a really bad electrical emergency on a weekend. Within a half hour someone was at my home to temp fix the issues so that it was safe for my family. The next day they came back and did the full repair with excellence. I am beyond thrilled with the service they provided and the urgency they showed in keeping my family safe. We had a plumbing leak in the basement and called Ben's Proserve for help. They sent Dan B. to help us out. We were notified the night before of his arrival time and again on the morning of our appointment. When he was delayed at the supply house, we were kept informed. Great job of keeping us informed. He arrived promptly as rescheduled and answered the questions I had regarding the repair. He then went right to work and accomplished the repair.
